COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS OF BUILDING WORKERS OF 8 OCTOBER 1990
A) General definitions of criteria, levels, hierarchical coefficients. The classification grid for construction workers has four job levels, defined by the following criteria
1) LEVEL I - EXECUTION WORKER
Position 1 = Coef. 150
Worker carrying out work of simple execution, not requiring special knowledge, according to precise instructions and subject to constant control. Jobs at this level require simple adaptation to general working conditions.
Position 2 = Coef. 170
Worker performing simple work, without particular difficulties, under frequent supervision. He is responsible for the proper execution of his work and may be required to take elementary initiatives. He has a first specialization in employment and may have benefited from a professional initiation.
2) LEVEL II - PROFESSIONAL WORKER = Coef. 185
Worker performing routine work in his specialty, based on general guidelines and under punctual control. He has a certain initiative in the choice of the means enabling him to accomplish this work. He has the basic technical knowledge of his profession and a recognized professional qualification. He may be required to perform simple representation functions on instructions from the company manager.
3) LEVEL III - PROFESSIONAL COMPANION
Position 1 = Coef. 210
Worker performing the work of his trade, based on directives and under completion control. He is responsible for the proper performance of this work which may involve reading plans and keeping the related execution documents. He may be assisted by other workers and be called upon to assume functions of simple representation, on the instruction of the business manager. He has good professional knowledge.
Position 2 = Coef. 230
Worker performing the delicate work of his trade from general instructions and under completion control. It has a certain autonomy and is able to take initiatives related to its work. He has very good professional knowledge and may need to pass on his experience and provide tutoring for apprentices and new hires.
4) LEVEL IV - MASTER WORKER OR TEAM LEADER
Position 1 = Coef. 250
Worker performing the complex work of his trade or organizing the work and ensuring the management of a team. He has autonomy in his profession, can take initiatives and carry out representation missions on delegation from the business manager. He has perfect mastery of his profession, adapts to new techniques and equipment and is able to diversify his professional knowledge, including related techniques.
Position 2 = Coef. 270
Worker carrying out, with a large degree of autonomy, the most delicate work of his profession, by permanently ensuring the management and animation of a team. He can assume responsibilities in carrying out the work and ensure representation missions to third parties. He has perfect mastery of his profession as well as knowledge of related techniques. It constantly adapts to new techniques and equipment. He may be called upon to pass on his experience, to use his leadership skills and to provide tutoring for apprentices and new ones.
B) Taking into account professional building diplomas
Workers holding a CAP, a BEP, a CFPA or an equivalent diploma will be classified in level II, coefficient 185.
9 months after their classification, they will be recognized in their position or classified at a higher level according to their aptitudes and professional capacities.
Workers holding a BP, a BT, a vocational or technological Bac or an equivalent diploma will be classified in level III, position 1, coefficient 210. 18 months after their classification, they will be classified at a level or at a higher position according to their professional aptitudes and capacities.
Those who, having prepared a CAP, BEP, CFPA or an equivalent diploma, have not had it, are at least classified level I, position 2, coef. 170.
C) Versatility
To develop initial and continuing training, recognize and promote the acquisition of extended skills, level III and IV workers holding two building professional diplomas, titles or training in different or related specialties, at a level at least equal to CAP, BEP or CFPA or having acquired equivalent knowledge through professional experience AND implementing in their job in a usual way, in compliance with the rules of the art, the techniques acquired, will benefit from a remuneration at least equal to 110% of the conventional salary corresponding to their coefficient.
Plasterer . Synonyms: partition fitter, layout fitter. Building public works.
The profession of plasterer carries out finishing work inside a dwelling, and generally comes after the masonry.
The role of the plasterer is to install partitions, frames, lining, placo floors and false ceilings.
THE CRAFTSMAN
What is a craftsman?
The craftsman is the keystone of the craft business. A fully-fledged company manager, he alone or with his spouse is responsible for all the functions of his company:
the production or processing, management, marketing and transmission of its knowledge.
The qualification :
Whatever the legal status and the characteristics of the company, the majority of craft activities can only be exercised by an officially qualified person or under the effective and permanent control of this person (law of 5 July 1996, decree of 2 April 1998).
The artisanal qualification is a label that certifies the level of training of the entrepreneur or his professional experience.
There are two levels of qualification: Artisan and Master Artisan.
The artisanal qualification is governed by law 96-603 of July 5, 1996, relating to the development and promotion of trade and crafts, decree 98.247 of April 2, 1998, modified by decree 2006.80 of January 25, 2006, relating to artisanal qualification and the Directory of Trades, and the decree of December 12, 2003.
Registered and protected designation, the quality of Artisan recognizes the professional qualification and the practice of the trade.
It is issued by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
To obtain it, it is sufficient to have 3 years' experience in the profession exercised or a level 3 diploma (CAP, BEP or professional title of at least equivalent level in the profession registered in the national directory of professional certifications)
The title of master craftsman
The title of Master Craftsman is the highest honor in craftsmanship.
To obtain this title, you have 3 possibilities:
If you hold the Brevet de Maîtrise in the profession exercised or a related profession, after 2 years of professional practice, on request to the president of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
This title can also be awarded, after request to the President of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts by the Regional Qualifications Commission:
If you hold a diploma with a level of training at least equivalent to the Brevet de Maîtrise in the profession exercised or a related profession, after 2 years of professional practice and justify skills in management and psychopedagogy equivalent to those of the corresponding modules of the Master's degree.
if you have been registered in the trades directory for at least ten years, justifying, in the absence of a diploma of recognized skills for the promotion of crafts or participation in training actions.
In these last two cases, the request must be accompanied by a file justifying the diplomas, titles and any document likely to inform the commission. This file is sent to the regional qualification commission by the CMA to which the applicant belongs.
The QUALIBAT certification represents a label of qualification and certifications which allows companies operating in the field of construction to promote their technical and professional skills, their quality management and the importance of their financial and human resources to their stakeholders ( customers, suppliers, bankers, etc.).
It also attests to their compliance with the construction standards in force.
Technical criteria
The company must prove that it has:
Competent human resources for supervision and execution, enabling it to carry out its activities effectively.
In this context, it must provide the identity and the documents justifying its workforce (apprentices, managers, workers, etc.)
assigned to the activity covered by the certification request, the course of the technical manager, a list of human resources assigned to management, the total amount of compensation awarded to employees, the average volume of work hours, etc.
Premises and material means enabling it to carry out its activities. The company must provide in particular the exhaustive list
of its offices and administrative and technical premises, of its machines and equipment assigned to the activity, subject of the request for
professional qualification.
Sufficient experience in the activity in question. To this end, it will produce an exhaustive list of the work it has carried out over the past four years in this activity, references on the assessment of its service awarded by the contracting authority or the project manager and a certificate claims issued by the insurance company
Financial criteria
The company must prove that it has a strong enough financial capacity to carry out its activities.
For this, the latter must provide justifications relating to its overall turnover as well as the value of the subcontracted work.
and this in the activity, subject of the application for the professional qualification.
DURATION OF VALIDITY OF A QUALIBAT CERTIFICATION
In the event that the evaluation committee certifies that the company complies with all the requirements of the aforementioned QUALIBAT certification,
this label is issued for a period of four years.
