Suspended ceiling
The products and the implementation of suspended ceilings must be
compliant with French standards reference DTU 58.1
Principle of frame assembly

Installation of frames
On the top of the angle, trace the axes of the room then the position of the carriers and their lines from these axes. Depending on the nature of the
support, adapt the corresponding accessory (expansion anchor, eyebolt, smooth rod, etc.)

Position the fixings in the locations provided. A line will be stretched parallel to the direction of the spacers and aligned to the light
corresponding to the first row of carriers
Place the carriers at a center distance of 1.20 m, keeping a clearance of 5 mm between the end of the carrier and the edge angle.
In the case of installation in a seismic zone, provide a clearance of 8 mm between the end of the carrier and the edge angle.
Cut and perfectly align the carrier to the axis of the line, in the case of a quick hanger, insert the hook in the bulb perforations. The suspension points must be placed as close as possible to the vertical of the carrier (profile). Extend the load-bearing line to the opposite wall. The carriers are connected to each other by pressure, without tools.
Cut the last carrier to size, use the scrap to start the next row of carriers, avoid alignment of carrier connections. Take care to perfectly align each row of carriers on the line. Check the leveling of each row of carriers
Quick hanger (smooth rod) remember to tighten the top and bottom of the smooth rod.
Position the 1.20 cm spacers perpendicular to the carriers every 0.60 cm to obtain a 1.20 x 0.60 module.
To obtain a 0.60 x0.60 module, place a 0.60 spacer perpendicular to the 1.20 cm spacer.
Cut the spacers on the angle iron last. Position the slabs by inserting them above the framework and letting them rest on the wings.
To obtain a 0.60 x 0.60 module, place a 0.60 spacer perpendicular to the 1.20 cm spacer.
Lay the entire slabs by inserting them from above the frame and let them rest on the wings and finish with the cuts on the edge.
If ceiling without glass wool
A ceiling must resist, without lifting, the effects of overpressure of a room or depression of the plenum.
Provide in the case of open area or for mass ceiling a soft jumper or a locking pin.

OTHER ADVICE BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION
The carriers are connected by the end lock ensuring
thus a simple and precise connection without any tool being
necessary.
Insert the spacer into the lumen of the carrier by pushing gently until
what you heard the "click"
The second spacer is inserted in the same way on the left or on the right
depending on the brand of the framework, and the click always remains perfectly
audible ^^
The edge panels are cut last. Provide a set of
5mm between the bottom of the angle and the slab

Never paint a slab, the paint blocks the holes which allow sound absorption.
Thicknesses 15 and 19 mm
Tiles for removable ceilings or modular ceilings.
