Fur frame lining
Counter-partition formed by assembling one or two plates
screwed on the same side of a vertical sleeve. The void of
construction arranged between the vertical wall to be lined and the
facing of the counter-partition allows the incorporation of a mattress
insulating.
BENEFITS
Integration of pipelines.
High performance.
Elimination of the risk of
cracking
The maximum height of the counter partitions made with furring (F 530) or (S47) is limited to 10 m between floor and ceiling.
Adhesive foam tape for acoustics and waterproofing, is used for sound and thermal insulation and airtightness of partitions, linings on metal frames (top and bottom rails and side uprights), allows to limit the propagation of sound waves and dampen vibrations.
The rail against the partition is intended to hold the furring on the floor and ceiling to form the framework of an against partition (lining)
It is a U-shaped metal profile, one of the wings of which is smaller.
Demi-Style on OPTIMA rail
Vertical furs are simple. The floor and ceiling framework is made with OPTIMA rails (2cm wide) As for a partition, put the OPTIMA rail on the ground, then at the top, fix the intermediate supports against the wall every 60cm in width and every 1.00 m in height. Adjust the supports as in the drawing! Put the semi-rigid wool against the wall, make the head come out of the support, fix the furs by wise clip. Secure against the furring strips one, 2 or 3 BA13.
The more plasterboard there is, the better the acoustic performance.
From two plates, it is recalled that the vertical joints of the plates must be offset.

This fur is for the constitution of the framework of ceiling or lining of walls, against partition.
Intermediate supports allow the creation of a counter-partition. They are used to stiffen vertical frame counter partitions (S47 or F530 sleeve). It can be screwed into the support or clipped into a sleeve. These supports are formed by a screw thread, a fixing base and an adjustable ring at the head.
Support 100: 65 to 130 mm
Support 150: 65 to 150 mm
SETTING UP INTERMEDIATE SUPPORTS
Saw the threaded rod to the desired length and screw the head of the support.
A CHOICE:
Seal the base with
a plot of map.
Fix the base by 2
screws + dowels.
