Les différentes plaques de plâtre
They answer...
. They respond in terms of thermal insulation and acoustic correction, as well as in terms of fire protection.
The choice, thickness and type of slabs depend on the nature of the work: in the absence of specific indication, the slabs used are of standard quality (BA13). BA = thinned edge-thickness of 13 mm.
Other thickness: 6, 10, 13, 15, 18, 23, 25 mm.
Width: 120 cm, 60 cm.
Edges: Plates with 2 thinned edges and 4 thinned edges.
Plate without tapered edge
The origin of plaster is gypsum.
Gypsum is a sedimentary rock, which was formed by evaporation of water in shallow seas or salt lakes.
The gypsum is ground and heated to a temperature of 150°C. During this operation, gypsum, which is a hydrated calcium sulphate, loses one and a half molecules of water. It becomes plaster.
To each plate its color, to each plate its use.
White plate: the standard "M0 also" plate
Green "hydro" plate: the plate for damp rooms
Pink plate "M1": the plate for high fire resistance assemblies
Yellow plate: the high hardness plate for premises exposed to impact
Blue plate: the acoustic plate

Sheath or duct feedthrough firestop. MO
Reaction to fire classification according to the French standard “Classification M”
M0 Non-combustible product.
M1 Non-flammable product.
M2 Slightly flammable product.
M3 Moderately flammable product.
M4 Easily flammable product.
What is a containment screen?
Cantonment screen: Vertical separation placed on the underside of the roof or the high floor so as to to oppose the lateral flow of smoke and combustion gases.
In the event of a fire, the purpose of containment screens is to simply and effectively limit the spread of smoke.
It facilitates the evacuation of the building and the intervention of emergency services.
IN SHORT
The leading cause of death in fires is due to smoke and gases.

The Gyptone plate covers a set of aesthetic and acoustic performance plates
For partitions, linings
Plate made of a cement core lightened by balls, very high hardness, perfectly suited to rooms with very high humidity.
Insensitive to water and humidity, rot-proof and unalterable material.
FERMACELL sheets are building materials classified Mo
Plasterboard reinforced with 12.5 mm recycled paper fibers. The ideal plate to obtain a beautiful and durable finish, and more ecological.
This cover plate is available with bevelled sides: it is the Fermacell BA plate. Either two tapered edges = BA2, or four tapered edges = BA4.
For dubbing
Thermo-acoustic insulating lining panels for the insulation of vertical walls from the inside . Made up of an expanded polystyrene insulation and a plasterboard facing of 10, 13, 15 mm width 1.20 m
Lining complex with high acoustic performance which combines the thermal performance of the latest generation expanded polystyrene, gray ULTRA ThA expanded polystyrene or elasticized expanded polystyrene
Very high performance solution with integrated vapor barrier for thermal insulation of walls in damp rooms.
Panel consisting of a BA13 plasterboard glued to a polyurethane insulating panel.
Lining complex with high acoustic performance and water repellent which combines the thermal performance of the latest generation expanded polystyrene, gray expanded polystyrene.
Standard or water-repellent 10, 13, 15 mm plasterboard facing with tapered edges, with rock wool. Glued dubbing .

Gainéo 70/50 is a sheet-wool-sheet panel, composed of BA 10 water-repellent H1 marine plasterboards and Isover high density rock wool.
With an insulation thickness of 50 mm, this thermo-acoustic insulation is intended for the realization of technical shaft walls in collective housing.
Meaning of classes H1, H2 and H3:
H1 water-repellent plasterboard: water absorption less than 5%.
H2 water-repellent plasterboard: water absorption at 10%.
H3 water-repellent plasterboard: 25% water absorption
A vertical technical duct in which are grouped together and hidden the fluid distribution and evacuation devices (wastewater, gas, electric teller, sewage water, rainwater, hot water, cold water, etc.) Fire protection 1 hour
A location intended to group together all the arrivals and departures of the power and communication networks. Gas, electric wires, PVC pipe or ventilation duct ...
For partitions
Plasterboard the honeycomb panel from 50 to 72 mm is a prefabricated panel composed of a cardboard network in honeycomb glued between plasterboards of two BA 10 "50" and two BA 13 "72 mm with thinned edges. it is intended for the production of distribution partitions and vertical duct walls.
Maximum heights of use:
50mm type: 2.60m
60mm type: 3.00m
72mm type: 3,60m
Removal of panels 72 mm thick in width 1.20 m . These panels are now made 0.60m wide, their weight is about 33kg,
The Marine 50, 60, 72 mm panel consists of 2 water-repellent plasterboards and a cardboard honeycomb structure, storey height, glued in the factory. Intended mainly for distribution partitions or for lining interior walls of the same dwelling, can also be used in the construction of technical ducts and overhanging partitions, within the limits defined in article 5.4. of CSTB Technical Assessment 9 / 07-848.
For floor
Fiber-gypsum floor plate for easy production of quality dry screed. Fermacell floor plates provide acoustic and thermal insulation comfort to your floors and floors. Suitable for powder rooms and some heated floors.
Dimension of the floor plates 1500 x 500 mm. Thicknesses: 2 x 10 or 2 x 12.5 mm.
The honeycomb system makes it possible to increase the sound insulation performance on a wooden floor, the sound values of which are often too low.
the dry screed system. Extremely simple to implement, this plasterboard-based process is suitable for all types of buildings. Ideal for renovation due to its lightness, this solution is suitable for all varieties of floors, without requiring the removal of the existing coating. Indeed, the system is based on high hardness plasterboards assembled and placed on a granular form.
Glue for floor plates, based on polyurethane.
Aggregates are used to level dry deformed soils before laying plasterboards.
They consist of granules of expanded clay or volcanic rock.
Removable ceiling
Thicknesses 15 and 19 mm
The mineral ceiling tile is intended for an acoustic false ceiling.
This mineral ceiling, the density of which gives it a perfect seat in the framework in the event of the room being suppressed.
Square format 60 x 60 and 120 x 60, with straight edges.
Straight edge
Tiles for removable ceilings or modular ceilings. The different slabs, perforated or not, make it possible to improve the sound absorption in the rooms and to obtain false ceilings with various decorations. The aesthetic rendering of these removable ceilings also depends on the type of edge and the framework chosen.
The ceiling tile is compatible with T15 and T24 grid systems.
Disburse

Ideal for shops surfaces.
Allows smoke and gas to pass. Fire sprinkler installation with red pipes above the fishnet.
Automatic fire sprinkler installed higher than the ceiling, for fire fighting.
Water or water sprayer with additives for fire protection in fixed installations.
The fire tank is used to supply volumes of water in the event of a disaster. In case of fires,
firefighters are assured of having at their disposal the quantity of water necessary to fight fires.
it is a necessity in areas far from cities where the water supply is insufficient.
Rollover in BA13
