Separating partitions of apartments
The implementation of dividing partitions of apartments.
(Double and independent frame) has some peculiarities,
in particular the right of connections with the shell and structures
existing.
The acoustic performance can only be obtained by respecting these
connection principles:
Connection to structural cladding beam

The partition can be widened: pass the two facings in front of the beam.
The partition can be offset from the initial layout.
Covering 1 side of the beam

The partition cannot be offset: make a chest on one side of the beam or both.

Lateral transmissions are limited: either by interrupting the
parquet (or decking) to the right of the partition, and filling of the
mineral wool about 60 cm.
Or by placing a Placosol dry screed.
